As part of a fast-paced Pre- and Post-analytics team, the staff rotates through various shifts to support the APL operations around the clock. In the role as Administrative Support I (ASI), your primary responsibility will be to ensure smooth mailroom and scanning operations, including, but not limited to: Scan and validate requisitions using Quantum. Sort, distribute, and manage incoming/outgoing mail and reports. Coordinate deliveries and respond to courier drop-offs. Organize patient reports and ECGs for efficient courier pickup. Perform daily quality checks on scanned batches and mailroom equipment. Support and train new team members. Ensuring the confidentiality and security of sensitive information. Success in this role requires: Excellent communication and teamwork. Attention to detail and time management.

Required Qualifications:
Completion of Grade 12 or equivalent. Knowledge and operation of Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.
