You are: A transformation leader with deep experience driving large-scale change across Banking & Capital Markets organizations. You understand that transformation isn’t just about new technology—it’s about people, culture, and leadership.
You bring a strategic mindset, strong consulting experience, and proven ability to guide C-suite clients through complex change journeys. You thrive on helping global banks and capital markets institutions evolve their operating models, embed agility, and build workforce resilience. A trusted advisor and people leader, you combine analytical rigor with human-centered insight to make change stick.
The work:- Lead complex transformation programs for Banking and Capital Markets clients, ensuring sustainable change and measurable business outcomes.

Develop holistic, human-centered change strategies that address customer, risk, HR, technology, and M&A-driven transformation.

Translate client strategy into comprehensive transformation programs that enhance culture, agility, and ways of working.

Utilize advanced change methodologies and tools, including:

Predictive analytics for change and adoption tracking

Engagement and collaboration tools (e.g., Mentimeter, ThinkTank)

Experience design using personas and workforce insights
-
Guide executive alignment and stakeholder engagement to drive commitment and momentum across the enterprise.

Serve as a trusted advisor to senior Banking & Capital Markets leaders, helping them navigate transformation challenges and opportunities.

Lead and mentor consulting teams, ensuring delivery excellence and professional growth.

Support business development efforts, including proposals, client presentations, and account growth.

Contribute to thought leadership—developing insights, market perspectives, and best practices that shape the future of change management in Financial Services.

Travel as required to support client engagements. Here’s what you need:- 10+ years of experience in talent, transformation, or organizational change, including 5+ years in consulting.

7+ years of experience working within Banking and/or Capital Markets.

Proven success leading large-scale transformation programs across business and technology.
-
Expertise in organizational design, workforce strategy, and change leadership.

Strong executive presence and stakeholder management skills.

You have 5+ years’ experience in three or more of the following areas:

Financial Services, Organization Design, Talent Strategy

Change Management Strategy, Reinvention driven from Business Transformation (i.e., Customer, Risk, HR, Technology, M&A)

A University degree is required for this position. Bonus points if:- You have 10+ years’ experience as a consultant specializing in change management or transformation.

You’ve led transformation initiatives in core banking modernization, risk & compliance, customer experience reinvention, HR transformation, or post-merger integration.

You’re familiar with digital change tools, HR automation, or workforce analytics.

You hold an MBA or advanced degree in Organizational Development, Change Management, or a related field. Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location,
role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation, based on full-time
employment, for roles that may be hired as set forth below.
