The Opportunity
Leavitt Industrial Group is looking for a detail-oriented Treasury Administrator to join our team in Coquitlam, British Columbia. As the Treasury Administrator, you will work closely with the corporate finance team on reporting, data and user management, and credit card administration.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
As the Treasury Administrator, your key responsibilities will include:
- Compile banking reports to support financial oversight
- Manage all aspects of corporate credit card program, including issuing cards, monitoring transactions, and resolving disputes
- Manage bank portal user access, ensuring proper security compliance
- Verify, reconcile, and update treasury-related data in our systems
- Monitor bank account activities, track fees, and investigate irregular or unauthorized transactions
- Organize and maintain treasury-related documents, agreements, and files to ensure accessibility and audit readiness
- Act as a liaison with various departments to address and resolve banking-related challenges
- Assist with ad hoc treasury tasks like cash forecasting and financial reporting as required
Required Skills & Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess the following skills, knowledge, and competencies:
- Post-secondary degree or diploma in a related field such as business administration or accounting
- At least one year of related banking or treasury work experience
- Excellent organizational skills, planning skills, and multitasking ability
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Self-starter with the ability to work effectively with minimal supervision

The base pay range for this role is: $45,000 to $50,000 per year, depending on experience.
This is a hybrid role based in Coquitlam, British Columbia.
