About the role

-
Lead day-to-day project management, ensuring timelines, deliverables, dependencies, and risks are managed with clarity, structure, and discipline.
-
Lead product discovery through user interviews, experimentation, and data-driven insights to deeply understand users' needs and pain points.
-
Define and improve core KPIs, including conversion, retention, activation, engagement, and expert efficiency.
-
Partner with Product Design to shape intuitive, elegant, and high-performing user experiences aligned with our design system and brand.
-
Collaborate closely with Engineering to define requirements, manage scope, and deliver high-quality features rapidly and consistently.

-
Streamline processes to increase development velocity, reduce friction, and foster higher-quality releases.
-
Represent the voice of our users, grounding decisions in real user behavior, feedback, and data.
-
Support both the existing business and future AI-driven product expansions, shifting seamlessly between operational execution and innovation.
