Overview We are seeking an experienced CNC Programmer/Operator with strong, sign-industry specific knowledge. The ideal candidate has hands-on sign-related experience with Enroute Complete and Signlab 10.
This is a full-time position based in Orillia working 40 hours per week Monday to Friday 7am- 3:30 pm with the possibility for voluntary overtime.
This role is eligible for group benefits after completing 1 month of employment and a boot allowance after completing the 3 month probationary period.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and interpret technical drawings and project specifications.
- Apply cut paths to 2D contours for sign-related fabrication
- Review cut strategies
- Create custom files from scratch based on project needs
- Work collaboratively with the production team to ensure timelines and quality standards are met
QUALIFICATIONS And COMPETENCIES
- Sign-related experience with Enroute Complete and Signlab 10 is required
- CNC programming/operation experience
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
