A well-established men's apparel company based in Montreal is seeking a Production Assistant to support its production and operations team. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented and organized individual who enjoys administrative work, follow-ups, and coordinating information across departments and vendors.

The Production Assistant will play a key support role in ensuring production processes run smoothly by handling clerical tasks, tracking information, and maintaining clear communication with internal teams and external partners.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and clerical support to the production team
• Follow up on production timelines, purchase orders, and delivery schedules
• Track production data, samples, and documentation
• Update and maintain spreadsheets, reports, and production records
• Coordinate communication between internal departments and suppliers
• Assist with sample tracking, approvals, and general production follow-ups
• Support day-to-day operational tasks as needed

Requirements

• Previous experience in an administrative, production assistant, or coordinator role preferred
• Experience in the apparel or fashion industry is an asset
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Comfortable working with spreadsheets and basic reporting tools
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow up effectively
