- Inspecting guest rooms and public areas for cleanliness, presentation, and maintenance readiness
- Providing on-floor supervision, coaching, and support to Room Attendants and Porters
- Coordinating with Housekeeping leadership to manage daily operations, room assignments, and workflow
- Reporting and following up on maintenance issues, damages, and lost-and-found items
- Communicating with the Front Desk, Guest Experience, and other departments to ensure timely room readiness and guest satisfaction
- Supporting training, onboarding, and quality improvement initiatives within the housekeeping team
- Upholding Langdon Hall’s Core Values by modeling professionalism, teamwork, and service excellence
You’ll be part of a passionate, dedicated team that takes pride in what we do and in where we do it. What Makes You a Great Fit We’re looking for someone with:
- 2–3 years of experience in housekeeping or hospitality, with prior supervisory or inspection experience p referred.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to lead by example and motivate a diverse team.

Pay & Schedule
- Wage: $24.00 - $25.00 per hour
- Schedule: Full-Time. Must be available to work weekends and holidays. Shifts may include early mornings and/or late evenings.

About Langdon Hall Country House Hotel & Spa
Langdon Hall is an elegant and comfortable retreat offering that home away from home atmosphere. As a member of the prestigious Relais & Chateaux association, the property prides itself on creating a unique experience brimming with all the charm, character, cuisine, calm and courtesy you would find at the finest Relais & Chateaux property. Located one hour west of Toronto, Langdon Hall was built as a magnificent summer home in 1898 for the granddaughter of John Jacob Astor of New York City, a gentlemen who made his fortune in several areas of business including the Waldorf Astoria, the greatest hotel of its era. In 1987 Langdon Hall began its transformation into a hotel and now offers 60 guest suites, a full service spa, and the only Five-Diamond award winning restaurant in Ontario.
