Your Main Responsibilities
Collections (75% of time)
- Contact commercial clients to recover outstanding balances
- Negotiate payment arrangements and maintain trust-based relationships
- Manage overdue accounts and coordinate with external agencies
- Adapt to different client profiles (from truck drivers to accounts payable managers)
Credit (25% of time)
- Analyze credit applications for new and existing clients
- Adjust credit margins based on profile evolution
- Re-evaluate credit limits when purchasing behaviors change
- Prepare and manage budget plans and authorized withdrawals
The Profile We're Looking For
Experience And Skills
- Experience in collections, receivables, or credit (we're open to junior profiles with potential!)
- Basic accounting knowledge
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Personal Qualities
- Speaking INDI or PUNJABI is an asset
- Good judgment and rigor in follow-ups
- Comfortable with change (procedures, teams, rapid growth)
- Ability to adapt to different client personalities
- Collaborative and supportive spirit
