As the Server, you’re the face of Breakaway's. You play a critical part in our success, your financial well-being, and our customer’s experience. You will, of course, be expected to fulfil the duties of a server including seating customers, taking orders, making recommendations, serving, clearing, and cleaning. We’ll do our part to provide a fun environment, great teammates to work with and abundant free parking!!
Ideally, you have recent experience as a server in a similar, fun “bar & grill” type of place and know how to use your superior communications chops to deliver amazing customer service, great food, and drinks. Experience using the “Square POS” system and having a valid “Serving it Right” certification would move your resume to the first page of our menu.
If you are at least 19 years old, available to work evenings and weekends, have a good sense of humour, a track record of providing amazing customer experiences as a server, and have your “Serving it Right” certification, click that “apply” button today! Breakaway Bar & Grill is in located in Maple Ridge's Planet Ice, where you can enjoy great food and drinks with an incredible view of the ice rinks, all easily accessible on public transit! Planet Ice, part of the GSL Group of Companies, is a leading sporting facility with two NHL size ice surfaces.
