Business Systems Analyst – Lending & Integrations We are seeking an experienced Business Systems Analyst with expertise in lending products, API integrations, and cloud-based platforms.

Key Responsibilities: Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements. Work closely with stakeholders to understand lending business processes and system needs. Support the implementation and integration of lending solutions such as Loan Origination Systems (LOS) and Loan Management Systems (LMS). Manage and coordinate API and third-party system integrations. Collaborate with technical teams on Azure SaaS and cloud-based platform implementations. Create and maintain business requirements, process flows, data mappings, and other project documentation. Support testing activities, including requirements validation and defect analysis. Facilitate communication between business and technical teams throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Skills & Experience: 5+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or in a similar role. Strong knowledge of lending products and processes, including LOS and LMS platforms. Hands-on experience with API integrations and system integration projects. Understanding of REST APIs, JSON/XML, and integration architectures. Experience working with Azure SaaS or other cloud-based platforms. Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Visio, Postman, and Swagger/OpenAPI. Knowledge of data mapping, system workflows, and microservices architecture. Strong documentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. Experience working in Agile and fast-paced project environments.
