Our Records and Information Management team develops compliant records and archive management frameworks and practices designed to enhance business process, strengthen decision making, and preserve corporate memory. Our team of dedicated and responsive information professionals work collaboratively with business partners to help them perform their work effectively and efficiently by ensuring recorded information is accurate, reliable and usable throughout its lifecycle.
Reporting to the Manager, RIM Advisory and Business Enablement, the RIM Project Analyst delivers RIM advisory expertise and project management support to Co‑operators business areas**.**The role independently provides analysis, guidance, and recommendations on RIM methodologies, manages multiple projects of varying complexity, and supports the implementation of new or enhanced RIM practices, systems, and tools aligned with business workflows and information handling requirements
###How you will create impact:

Lead and coordinate small to medium Records and Information Management (RIM) initiatives from planning through delivery

Partner with business areas to translate needs into clear, actionable requirements that support compliant and effective information management

Facilitate collaborative sessions to gather regulatory, functional, and operational requirements while identifying risks and business impacts

Apply RIM expertise to support system, data, and workflow design that aligns with organizational and compliance standards
-
Provide trusted compliance and procedural guidance to records coordinators and custodians to strengthen RIM practices

Assess the impact of process and system changes, identifying improvement opportunities and emerging trends

Enable successful adoption through change management, training, and clear, engaging communications

Contribute to the continuous improvement of RIM practices, processes, and tools using industry standards and best practices
###To join our team:

You have a university degree, preferably in Business Management, Business Administration, or a related field, and hold an ICRM Certified Records Administrator (CRA) designation

You bring a minimum of 3 years of experience administering institutional records and information management programs and managing information systems–related projects
-
You have strong practical knowledge of records and information management principles, including information risk concepts, and can apply them to real-world business challenges

You demonstrate a solid understanding of project management, change management, and business analysis, including requirements gathering, impact analysis, and documentation
-
You have experience designing and improving business processes, workflows, procedures, and supporting documentation
-
You possess hands-on experience with business systems and collaboration tools, including SharePoint, and are proficient with MS Office, MS Project, Adobe, and email tools

You can analyze complex issues and clearly communicate practical, well-reasoned recommendations
-
Having the following certifications are considered assets: Project Management accreditation or equivalent; CRM designation; ARMA or AIIM information governance certifications; Business Analyst accreditation; CIP, LOMA, or equivalent insurance-related certification

Expected salary/hourly range $60,574 - $100,956
The salary amount for the successful candidate is determined by Co-operators in its discretion and will vary depending on several criteria including but not limited to: local market conditions, geography and relevant job-related factors such as knowledge, skills, qualification, experience and education.
Employees may also have the opportunity to participate in incentive programs and earn additional compensation tied to individual and/or business performance, or other business metrics.
