About the role

A Customer Success Representative is responsible for helping customers achieve maximum value from a company’s products or services. The role focuses on building strong relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving retention.

Key responsibilities include onboarding new customers, providing product guidance and training, addressing questions or issues, and proactively monitoring customer engagement and satisfaction. The representative acts as the main point of contact, collaborating with internal teams such as Sales, Support, and Product to resolve concerns and improve the customer experience. They also collect customer feedback, track interactions in CRM systems, and identify opportunities for renewals, upselling, or cross-selling.

Successful candidates have strong communication and problem-solving skills, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to manage multiple accounts. Experience in customer success, account management, or customer support and familiarity with CRM tools are preferred.
