Job Description Harrogate High School is seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, energetic and adaptable Hub Estates Manager to join our highly motivated team at an exciting time in the school’s growth. The Estates Manager will provide and be accountable for high quality Facilities Management across a number of schools in Harrogate (Primary and Secondary).
Our Ideal Candidate Will
- Have experience, or interest in working as a Premises Manager and working across a number of sites;
- Have experience in overseeing a range of caretaking and cleaning duties;
- Support the development of a Caretaking and Cleaning Hub, to ensure sites have sufficient and quality support.
- Have experience in liaising with contractors on major projects;
- Be able to provide high quality supervision, training and support;
- Have excellent communication skills with the ability to work as part of a team;

Work Pattern
- Week 1 – Monday to Friday 6am – 2pm
- Week 2 – Monday to Friday – 8am – 4pm
- Every third weekend to open and close for lettings
