WHAT WE ARE OFFERING:

COMPENSATION:
Associates are compensated on a fee for service basis with remuneration starting from 40% collections and higher (depending on experience)
SCHEDULE:
- 24-32 hours per week – full-time benefits with flexibility
- Work-life balance - rotating schedule: Mon-Thurs OR Mon-Wed alternating with Tues-Fri OR Wed-Fri
- Flexible days to accomodate your personal needs
- Every weekend is a long weekend! More time to explore the Okanagan lifestyle
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
- Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) or Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) Program from an accredited school or university program, OR successful completion of the National Dental Examining Board of Canada (NDEB) equivalency process.
- Registered or in processing of registering with the British Columbia College of Oral Health Professionals
- Eligibility to practice dentistry in BC (candidates from other provinces welcome)
- Canadian dental experience is an asset
- Strong patient and family communication skills
