Groupe Nordik is the leading creator of wellness spa villages, including the largest Spa in North America (Chelsea, QC) as well as largest event Sauna (Whitby, ON). Since we first opened our doors in 2005 we have grown to over 500 000 visits per year from our 3 existing locations (Nordik Spa-Nature Chelsea, QC Thermea Winnipeg, MB and Thermea Spa Village Whitby, ON)

###What you will do:
The Senior Advisor, Facilities Optimization will shape the overall framework of Groupe Nordik’s continuous improvement approach by systematizing the management and decision-making related to engineering, maintenance, and operations of the Group’s facilities. This role will support the implementation of the Lean approach at Groupe Nordik, ensuring alignment with ISO 55000/55001 standards and integrating continuous improvement into all operational decisions regarding the Group’s infrastructure.
Responsibilities:
- Define and drive the Lean and Asset Management strategy (3–5 year vision)
- Design and maintain an Asset Management System (AMS) compliant with ISO 55001
- Deploy best practices: lifecycle management, criticality analysis, asset planning
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives and major Lean projects
- Represent the company during ISO 55001 audits
- Develop internal competencies (training, coaching, certification)
- Serve as the reliability reference for engineering projects
- Analyze CMMS data and recommend fact-based improvement actions
- Support leadership in investment decisions and strategic planning
- Conduct advanced analyses (FMEA, lifecycle cost modeling)
###To be successful in this position you will need:
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience (engineering, project management, administration, business)
- University degree in a related field (engineering, business administration, project management)
- Relevant professional accreditation is an asset (ISO 55001, Lean, Six Sigma, PMP, PRINCE2)
