  • Contribute to experimentation frameworks to continuously improve performance

Research & Content Development

**- ** Conduct research on preventative healthcare, longevity, and related topics

  • Use AI-assisted research workflows to synthesize medical literature and credible sources

  • Translate complex health topics into clear, responsible consumer education

  • Write high-quality long-form and short-form content

  • Maintain rigorous standards around accuracy, citations, and healthcare claims

Lifecycle & CRM Communication

**- ** Design lifecycle communication programs including onboarding and lead nurture sequences

  • Define messaging and content sequencing across the customer journey

  • Collaborate with internal teams to deploy, measure, and optimize programs

Content & Engagement Strategy

**- ** Balance in-depth healthcare education with accessible, engaging content

  • Maintain a consistent and trusted direct-to-consumer voice

  • Build scalable AI-supported workflows to increase content output without sacrificing quality

Performance & Optimization

**- ** Measure how content contributes to organic traffic, engagement, conversion, and retention

  • Use performance data and AI-assisted analysis to refine strategy and messaging

  • Align content KPIs with broader marketing and business objectives

AI-Enabled Strategy & Workflow Development

  • Use advanced AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity) to accelerate research, analysis, and content creation

  • Design workflows that increase strategic output and content velocity

  • Explore multiple strategic hypotheses and messaging frameworks quickly

  • Apply strong editorial judgment and fact-checking to all AI-assisted outputs

What Success Looks Like (First 3–4 Months)

**- ** A clearly defined organic content strategy is established

  • Lifecycle communication programs are launched

  • Research-driven content is producing measurable engagement

  • Early contributions to acquisition and retention performance are visible

  • Strong collaboration across marketing, clinical, and leadership teams

  • Greater consistency in WELL Health’s consumer voice

You have:

  • 5+ years in content strategy, communications, or organic growth roles
  • Strong ability to independently research and produce high-quality written content
  • Demonstrated use of AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity) for research and strategic work
  • Strong prompt writing and AI workflow development skills
  • Experience working in regulated industries
  • Understanding of acquisition and lifecycle marketing
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams

Preferred

  • Experience in preventative healthcare, healthcare, or longevity
  • Experience building lifecycle communication programs

The successful candidate:

  • Thinks of systems, funnels, and lifecycle journeys
  • Balances analytical rigor with accessible storytelling
  • Writes with clarity, precision, and empathy
  • Exercises strong editorial judgment
  • Operates independently with accountability and ownership
  • Uses AI tools proactively to expand impact and productivity
