What you’ll do... Recruit, develop, motivate and lead your high-performing sales team Maintain and foster a customer centric environment Create and maintain visually appealing merchandising and window displays Oversee daily store staff scheduling, operations, loss prevention and maintenance of standards Participate in weekly management calls and report on key productivity and performance metrics, competitive activity and market conditions What you’ll bring to the team…. 2-5 years of management experience in fashion apparel Fashion retail management experience with a proven track record of sales Positive, optimistic, results-oriented attitude with a customer-first mindset Fashionable, well-groomed professional presentation Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, and Word. Hands-on leadership style with strong people development and management skills Exceptional time management, organization and follow through skills Job Type: Full-time Benefits: Extended health care Paid time off Store discount Vision care Experience: Management: 3 years (required)
