    • Build trusted, long-term relationships with business owners, advisors, and intermediaries.
    • Act as a persuasive, credible advocate for Lifemark in discussions with business owners considering a sale.
    • Attend industry conferences, association events, and networking forums to expand your network and Lifemark’s presence.
  • Transaction Support & Negotiation:
    • Collaborate with Corporate Development and finance teams to support due diligence and deal structuring.
    • Lead preliminary discussions and negotiate term sheets, guiding prospects from interest to LOI.
    • Ensure smooth handoff from origination to integration teams post-acquisition.
  • Brand & Market Leadership:
    • Represent Lifemark professionally and consistently as a market leader in healthcare acquisitions.
    • Provide insights and recommendations to senior leadership regarding market trends, potential targets, and competitive positioning.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • A minimum of 8 years of business development experience, with at least 5 years focused on mergers, acquisitions, or strategic partnerships.
  • Proven track record in deal origination, building pipelines, and influencing senior business owners to transact.
  • Strong executive presence and confidence in engaging with business owners, intermediaries, and C-suite professionals.
  • Experience in healthcare, dental, physiotherapy, veterinary, or related professional services sectors is highly preferred.
  • Self-motivated, highly organized, and able to prioritize multiple high-impact projects.
  • Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time within Canada.
  • Established professional network in the healthcare or related industry is an asset.
