Internal progression system - Potential to grow into a Director of Rehabilitation Role Duties & Responsibilities Deliver high-quality physiotherapy assessment, treatment, and rehabilitation services Manage complex musculoskeletal, orthopedic, and sport-related injuries Develop and oversee performance-based rehabilitation pathways Collaborate closely with Physical Preparation Coaches to support return-to-performance outcomes Mentor and support future rehabilitation team members Contribute to the development of clinical systems, standards, and processes Support interdisciplinary communication and client care planning Assist in shaping the strategic direction of rehabilitation services within the organisation Promote evidence-informed practice and continuous professional development Compensation (Expected Salary: $95,000 -$110,000+) We offer a competitive, transparent compensation framework that rewards experience, leadership, contribution, and professional growth. Leadership compensation is based on: Clinical experience Rehabilitation expertise Leadership responsibilities Contribution to organisational growth and system development High-performing clinicians may be eligible for a transition into a fee-for-service compensation model based on sustained clinical demand, consistency of delivery, and alignment with organisational standards. Qualifications Licensed and in good standing with the Saskatchewan College of Physiotherapists (or eligible for registration) Typically 3+ years of clinical experience in musculoskeletal and/or sports physiotherapy Strong clinical experience in the assessment, treatment, and rehabilitation of active and athletic populations Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, or influence other clinicians within a collaborative environment Strong understanding of performance-based rehabilitation and integration with strength and conditioning training Experience working within sport, performance, or high-performance environments is strongly preferred Excellent communication, collaboration, leadership, and organisational skills Interest and capability in developing systems, standards, and processes that improve clinical consistency and outcomes Commitment to evidence-informed, performance-driven, and client-centred care
