How you’ll make an impact
Join FCC’s Indigenous Relations team and contribute to meaningful progress in reconciliation and supporting Indigenous agriculture. This role offers the opportunity to grow your administrative and coordination skills in a purpose ‑ driven , dynamic environment that values adaptability , diverse perspectives, lived experience, and cultural awareness.
As an Indigenous Relations Coordinator, you’ll provide essential operational and administrative support to our evolving Indigenous Relations team. Your work will help ensure smooth day ‑ to ‑ day operations, strong documentation and reporting, and effective coordination of Indigenous engagement initiatives across FCC.

What you’ll do

Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Indigenous Relations team's projects and initiatives , including managing schedules, correspondence and documentation

Co ‑ ordinate and track Indigenous engagement initiatives, ensuring accurate reporting and documentation of interactions, outcomes and impactful stories

Manage logistics for meetings and events, including planning, coordination and follow ‑ up on action items
-
Maintain organized records and reporting tools to support team priorities and operational efficiency
What you’ll bring to the team
Required qualifications:
-
A diploma or certificate
-
Minimum one year of experience in an administrative environment or related field
-
Understanding of Indigenous cultures and engagement to support respectful and effective relationships
-
Experience supporting projects and manag ing multiple priorities
-
Technical proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and related business tools
Preferred qualifications:
- Bilingualism in English and French
