The Production Supervisor plays a key role in achieving operational goals related to safety, productivity, quality, and continuous improvement. By working closely with your team, you will help maintain a collaborative, efficient, and safe work environment.
You will lead your team through clear communication, consistent coaching, and effective performance management to support engagement and efficiency.

Responsibilities
- Supervise, support, and lead a team of production employees
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, environmental, and engagement standards
- Monitor shift productivity and adjust resources, priorities, and planning to meet targets
- Provide coaching, training, and development to team members
- Actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives (suggestions, problem‑solving, process optimization)
Qualifications
- Post‑secondary education in a relevant field (technology, industrial engineering, mechanical, electrical, administration, or management) or significant supervisory experience
- More than 2 years of supervisory experience, ideally in an industrial environment
- Strong communication skills (oral and written)
- Motivation to work in a dynamic, fast‑paced, and constantly evolving environment
- Commitment to workplace health and safety
- Interest in ongoing professional development and advancement opportunities
- Availability for day/night rotating shifts
