We are currently seeking Production Supervisors – future opportunities – for our operations in Northern New Brunswick. This opportunity is intended for ambitious candidates who want to contribute to a world‑class team within a growing company.

The Production Supervisor plays a key role in achieving operational goals related to safety, productivity, quality, and continuous improvement. By working closely with your team, you will help maintain a collaborative, efficient, and safe work environment.

You will lead your team through clear communication, consistent coaching, and effective performance management to support engagement and efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise, support, and lead a team of production employees
  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, environmental, and engagement standards
  • Monitor shift productivity and adjust resources, priorities, and planning to meet targets
  • Provide coaching, training, and development to team members
  • Actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives (suggestions, problem‑solving, process optimization)

Qualifications

  • Post‑secondary education in a relevant field (technology, industrial engineering, mechanical, electrical, administration, or management) or significant supervisory experience
  • More than 2 years of supervisory experience, ideally in an industrial environment
  • Strong communication skills (oral and written)
  • Motivation to work in a dynamic, fast‑paced, and constantly evolving environment
  • Commitment to workplace health and safety
  • Interest in ongoing professional development and advancement opportunities
  • Availability for day/night rotating shifts
