Are you highly organised and enjoy keeping things running smoothly? π§©
We're looking for a Planner to join our dynamic WPS team in Winchester. You'll play a key role in planning and coordinating our multi-skilled engineers and supply chain, helping us deliver an excellent service every day. π
π What You'll Be Doing
π Planning diaries to maximise workforce productivity and efficiency
π Producing performance reports to track progress
π Managing work-in-progress to stay on target
π Communicating effectively with clients and internal teams
π οΈ Supporting supervisors and site teams with scheduling
π‘ Identifying improvements and suggesting solutions
π§ Handling customer queries professionally
β οΈ Ensuring plans meet health & safety standards
π§ What You'll Bring
β Strong Excel and IT skills
β Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
β Ability to prioritise and manage your workload
β Commercial awareness with a customer-focused mindset
β Experience in reporting and diary management
β A clean driving licence is advantageous
