Key Responsibilities: - Provide customers with exceptional service, offering insights into ZWILLING merchandise's features, materials, technology, and functionality. - Uphold ZWILLING's customer service standards by actively listening to customer preferences and addressing their needs with product information. - Utilize ZWILLING's proven selling techniques to drive and finalize sales, ensuring revenue goals are met. - Maintain the store's appearance and contribute to merchandise processing and replenishment while assisting with customer inquiries. - Exhibit in-depth knowledge of ZWILLING's products, programs, technology, promotions, and advertising. - Foster a cooperative team environment by respecting and collaborating with colleagues. - Adhere to ZWILLING's brand values and demonstrate supervisory competencies. - Ensure superior merchandising standards within designated store areas, creating visually appealing, space-efficient, and secure product displays. - Assist store management in training and supervising part-time employees. - Process cash register transactions accurately and manage register floats efficiently. - Complete bank deposits accurately and maintain balanced records. - Follow retail policies related to inventory control, sales procedures, and more. - Perform daily store and fixture maintenance to ensure tidiness is maintained. - Enforce store standards in the absence of store manager or assistant manager. - Ensure building security through proper use of alarm systems and security devices. - Open and close the store in accordance with plaza hours of business. - Develop a strong understanding of the high-end kitchenware specialty business, including awareness of competitor products and pricing. - Fulfill other duties as directed by store management. - Supporting Factory Direct Sales outside of the store environment Qualifications: - Minimum of 3 years retail experience with a foundational understanding of team leadership. - Problem-solving abilities in situations involving various variables. - Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. - Strong customer service orientation. - Flexibility to work a varied schedule, including weekends, evenings, and statutory holidays. - Physical capability to stand, walk, use hands, reach, lift items up to 12 kg frequently, and occasionally lift items up to 34 kg.
