Position Overview: Compugen is seeking a Laptop Refresh and Decommissioning Technician for a 6 month contract working on site. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute phased deployment plans
- Prepare devices using Microsoft Intune and Autopilot
- Track progress and risks via ServiceNow
- Coordinate shipping, data migration, and user setup
- Decommission legacy hardware securely
- Participate in weekly project check-ins
Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience with large-scale hardware refresh projects (500+ devices)
- Strong knowledge of Intune, Autopilot, and ServiceNow
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Experience coordinating logistics and remote setups
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Experience in Indigenous health or public sector environments is an asset
