The OneStream SPM Client Lead is a client-facing role responsible for delivering Sales Performance Management (SPM) solutions and supporting business development efforts within Spaulding Ridge’s Finance and Operations Practice. This individual will serve as the domain lead on OneStream SPM (Infinity SPM) implementations while also contributing subject-matter expertise during sales cycles.
This role requires strong functional knowledge of Sales Performance Management, including Territory & Quota Management and Incentive Compensation Management. While prior OneStream SPM experience is not required, the ideal candidate will bring hands-on experience with leading SPM platforms and a strong understanding of sales operations processes, compensation design, and revenue performance strategy.
The OneStream SPM Client Lead will collaborate with Managing Directors and Account Executives to support opportunity pursuits, assist with discovery and scoping, and ensure high-quality project delivery from requirements through enablement. The role combines delivery leadership, domain expertise, and sales support in a fast-growing practice area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the SPM domain lead on OneStream SPM (Infinity SPM) implementations, guiding clients from discovery through go-live
- Lead requirements gathering sessions focused on Territory & Quota Management, Incentive Compensation Management, sales crediting, performance reporting, and compensation governance
- Design scalable SPM application architectures aligned with client compensation strategies and operational workflows
- Support system configuration, testing cycles (unit, integration, and user acceptance testing), and production readiness activities
- Partner with clients to identify opportunities for business process transformation within sales compensation, territory planning, and performance management
- Enable client personnel through training, documentation, and knowledge transfer to ensure long-term adoption and self-sufficiency
- Support sales cycles led by Managing Directors and Account Executives by providing subject-matter expertise in Sales Performance Management
- Participate in discovery calls, solution workshops, and executive presentations to articulate the value of modern SPM platforms
- Assist with project scoping, effort estimation, and proposal development for new OneStream SPM opportunities
- Collaborate with channel partners and OneStream sales teams to position Infinity SPM in competitive evaluations
- Develop deep expertise in the OneStream SPM platform (Infinity SPM), contributing to internal enablement and best practice development
- Contribute to practice development efforts including methodology refinement, delivery standards, and reusable intellectual property
- Approach client challenges strategically, applying domain knowledge and technology solutions to improve sales performance outcomes
Qualifications:
- 5–7 years of experience implementing or supporting Sales Performance Management (SPM) solutions
- Demonstrated experience with leading SPM platforms such as Anaplan (Sales Planning), Varicent, Xactly, Forma.AI, SAP Commissions (CallidusCloud), Oracle Incentive Compensation, CaptivateIQ, or similar solutions
- Strong domain expertise in Territory & Quota Management, Incentive Compensation Management, sales crediting rules, and compensation plan design
- Experience working directly with Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Finance, and Commercial leadership stakeholders
- Proven ability to lead client workshops, translate business requirements into system designs, and manage delivery workstreams
- Experience supporting business development efforts including discovery, scoping, and proposal creation
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to design scalable, rules-based compensation models
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and articulate business value
- Familiarity with broader finance transformation and AI-enabled performance management trends is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field
- Willingness to travel up to 50% as needed to support client engagements and sales pursuits

Spaulding Ridge is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The base salary range for this position in the United States across locations is reflected below. In addition, this role may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. Actual compensation will be determined based on a range of factors, including skills, experience, qualifications, and location. Please note that the range provided is subject to change at any time in accordance with internal policies and applicable law.
Salary Range
$140,000 - $210,000 USD
