Contract: April 1, 2026 - October 5, 2027 (497 business days)
Hours: 7.25 hours per day (8:00-5:00 PM, Mon-Fri excluding lunch)

About The Role Third identical Senior DevOps/Cloud Engineer position (RQ10764/10766/10767) for Public Health AWS cloud solutions. This extended 19-month onsite role (same specs as previous two postings) requires deep AWS production expertise, Linux/Red-Hat administration, Kubernetes/Docker orchestration, cloud security implementation, and comprehensive technical documentation for mission-critical healthcare infrastructure sustainment.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver AWS cloud platform expertise for Public Health domain solutions.
- Design, build, support high-availability cloud environments.
- Linux/Red-Hat administration (installation, troubleshooting, hardening, automation).
- Monitor cloud application performance; implement security/data safeguards.
- Analyze production logs; provide proactive improvement recommendations.
- Deploy microservices architectures (Kubernetes, Docker, serverless).
- Maintain detailed system design/integration documentation.
Must-Have Technical Skills (50%) AWS Production Management (10+ years)
- AWS VPC, Firewall, ELB, Auto Scaling, IAM, EC2, S3
- API Gateway, Lambda, Aurora DB, Redshift, ActiveMQ
- CloudTrail, CloudWatch; Connect, Pinpoint, DynamoDB, Kinesis, Polly
Infrastructure Expertise
- 5+ years Unix/Linux (Solaris/Red-Hat): install/troubleshoot/harden/script
- 3+ years Kubernetes/Docker administration
- Cloud security (identity/network/encryption); GitLab/CI-CD
Core Skills & Experience (30%) Production Operations (10+ years)
- Troubleshooting/tuning; system design documentation
- Dev environments (JIRA/Confluence/Maven/Jenkins)
- Python/Bash/PHP/Java/JS/Node scripting; Git/Ansible/Puppet
- Docker/API integration; AWS monitoring/automation
Public Sector Experience (5%)
- 5+ years healthcare providers; Public Sector EA/PMI standards
- Ministry governance; complex health IT projects
