Toyota Canada Inc. currently has an exciting opportunity for a candidate who has excellent customer service experience and is a team player to assist our National Parts Support Centre (NPSC) team. This is a 12-Month Acting/Contract opportunity and will report to the Manager, Field Operations. The selected candidate will Investigate and resolve Dealer inquiries and provide customer assistance.

What You’ll be Doing:
- Investigate and resolve Dealer inquiries via InfoStream Parts Inquiries and telephone calls.
- Verify problem parts identified by Dealers by completing physical inspection and stock comparison
- Identify electronic parts catalogue problems with dealers and provide workable solutions
- Communicate with all internal departments (i.e. Parts Supply, ADM, CIC and the Zones) to resolve issues relating to back ordered parts
- Assist Automotive dealers in resolving technical inquiries, problems and questions
- Investigates and processes dealer Parts Order Discrepancies (i.e. wrong part in box, manufacturer’s defects, substituted part numbers) and prepares adjustments for authorization and computer inputting
- Investigate and resolve shipping problems relating to any dealer shipments
- Receive and process associate purchases of parts and other parts orders for internal accounts
- Report all abnormal or unique parts related problems to the NPSC team leader and appropriate head office staff
- Special Program ordering for internal departments (i.e. Service Marketing, ADM, Public Relations and Advertising.)
- Navigate multiple computer applications to provide dealers and internal associates and/or departments with accurate responses to inquiries
- Other duties as requested or required
What You’ll Bring:
- High School Diploma and/or College Diploma/Degree in Distribution/Traffic, or related discipline an asset.
- Three years’ work-related experience, preferably within a call center environment
- Working knowledge of computer systems and applications
- Working knowledge of automotive mechanics an asset
- Excellent communication - written and verbal
- Customer Service background an asset
- Bilingual (French/English) is required
