What You’ll Do:

Manage complex calendars across multiple time zones, scheduling appointments, meetings and travel arrangement for leadership and senior team members.
- Screen and prioritize incoming communications, including emails and phone calls.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with utmost discretion and integrity.
- Act as a primary point of contact with external/ internal stakeholders, liaising to ensure smooth workflow and communication.
- Prepare and edit reports, presentations, and correspondence. Proofread for content and typographical errors and ensure correct spelling, punctuation and grammar
- Organize / plan meetings including agenda development, minutes, action items and distribution.
- Coordinates and schedules travel and meeting arrangements $150,000
- Assist Administrative Leader in coordination, travel and meeting arrangements $150,000
- Full Cycle PO creation and Management

Process weekly mail and bank deposits
- Manage, code and verify expense reports and track budgets for leadership and senior team members.
- Coordinate and oversee special projects as assigned input purchase orders, contract routing, process invoices for accounts payable etc.
- Liaison between marketing communications and sales reps by providing appropriate advertising and/or other materials.
- Coordinate and assist with the onboarding/training of new hires. Assist with training individuals as required.
- Look for ways to optimize workflow as needed, such as SharePoint sites where shared information can be stored.
- Travel and provide onsite support at designated events throughout the year. Travel is required 5-10% of the year. (This position requires international travel; therefore, a valid passport (or ability to obtain one) is required.)

Fleet Coordination - assist the Canadian Fleet Coordinator and Manager in maintaining the Canadian Fleet program, including MVR campaigns, monthly mileage reporting, yearend processes, accident and maintenance compliance

- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong customer service orientation with effective communication skills.
- Self‑motivated with the ability to work independently
Education:
- High School diploma or GED

The salary range for this position is $56,520.00 to $70,650.00.
This reflects a reasonable estimate of the targeted base salary for this role. This role is also eligible for an annual bonus. Based on factors such as geographic location and candidate qualifications, actual base pay is determined when an employment offer is made.
