Business Information Management Analyst III 📍 Location: Toronto, ON (Hybrid – M5J 0G4) 📅 Contract Duration: ASAP – October 27, 2026 (Extension & conversion possible) 💼 Schedule: Monday–Friday, core business hours 💲 Pay Rate: $67/hour + 4% vacation pay 🕒 Overtime: As needed About the Role We are seeking a Business Information Management Analyst III to join a leading financial institution, supporting Business-As-Usual (BAU) operations within financial management. This role focuses on leveraging data insights to validate, improve, and streamline financial transactions related to resource allocations across business segments. You’ll play a key role in ensuring financial data accuracy, identifying discrepancies, and driving process improvements within reporting cycles. What You’ll Be Doing Extract and analyze financial data from Clarity (financial system of record) Validate financial transactions and identify discrepancies or root causes Develop actionable plans to resolve issues within reporting cycles Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure proper implementation of fixes Drive process improvements and identify opportunities to streamline workflows Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to internal teams Daily Structure: ~2–3 hours in meetings Collaborative work with internal teams and vendors What You Bring Must-Have Skills & Experience 5–7 years of experience in financial/data analysis or related roles Strong Excel skills (advanced formulas, large data sets, data merging) Hands-on experience with Clarity (data extraction & reporting) Proven experience in large organizations Strong understanding of financial data analysis and management Soft Skills Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities Strong communication and stakeholder collaboration skills Self-starter with the ability to work independently Process improvement mindset Nice-to-Have Experience with Jira Background in financial institutions or enterprise environments Ideal Candidate You are a detail-oriented analyst with strong financial acumen and technical expertise. You are comfortable working with complex datasets, uncovering insights, and communicating findings across teams. Experience in large financial organizations and tools like Clarity gives you an edge.
