Who Are You?

This position is primarily responsible for customer service and administrative work to support the parts and inside sales departments. Reporting to the Director of Sales, this position will collaborate with several departments to ensure customer satisfaction and business growth while fulfilling all the values of Weldco 2.0.

What Will You Do?

  • Maintain relationships with existing customers
  • Maintain and update customer contact database on a regular basis to ensure account information is accurate
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person regarding parts availability, pricing, and order status
  • Provide full customer service to ensure customer satisfaction before, during and after the sales transaction
  • Collaborate with customers to accurately forecast their potential product requirements on a quarterly and annual basis
  • Communicate with other sales staff to ensure customer orders are accurately processed and delivered in a timely fashion
  • Process parts orders accurately in the system and ensure timely delivery
  • Handle returns, exchanges, and warranty clams in accordance with company policy
  • Provide technical assistance and product recommendations
  • Perform administrative tasks related to parts and inside sales

Sound Familiar?

  • High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education in business considered an asset

  • Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience

  • Proven ability to build and sustain lasting relationships with key internal stakeholders and employees.

  • High degree of professionalism and a proven ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.

  • Must understand ethical sales and marketing practices

  • Strong interpersonal skills to relate to all customers and co-workers at all levels

  • Basic mathematic skills to perform accurate calculations

  • Excellent computer skills to utilize and maximize the capability of various software applications to enhance productivity

  • Effective communication skills to listen, write and speak in a clear and concise manner to individuals at various levels
