Your Responsibilities
- Analyze and classify products according to Harmonized System (HS) codes to ensure accurate tariff application.
- Maintain compliance with U.S., Canadian, and international customs regulations and trade laws.
- Develop strategies to reduce duties and improve efficiency in tariff and customs processes.
- Prepare, review, and maintain all import/export documentation and customs records.
- Serve as the primary liaison with customs brokers, authorities, and internal teams to support smooth cross-border operations.

Your Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks.
- Certified or capable of being trained/licensed to operate a forklift.
- Strong attention to detail, good communication skills, and basic computer proficiency (SAP and Excel experience an asset).
