Cardinal Health Canada is currently seeking a Senior Analyst, Operations Technology on full-time basis to be part of our Information Technology team.
In this role, you will support Warehouse Management System (WMS), Transportation Management System (TMS), and scanning solutions for our Canadian National Operations teams, ensuring system stability, data integrity, and the effective use of technology across daily operations. You will collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams to help foster a reliable, customer‑focused operational environment. This position is based in our Vaughan / Mississauga, Ontario locations.

Your Contributions To The Organization Will Be
- Support and maintain WMS, TMS, and scanning solutions to ensure system stability, performance, and operational continuity.
- Perform data integrity audits, troubleshoot system issues, and assist with system enhancements, configuration changes, and version upgrades.
- Conduct root cause analysis and partner with technical teams to resolve defects and improve overall system performance.
- Collaborate with SAP teams to understand WMS integration points and ensure alignment of data flows and related processes.
- Leverage operational data to perform ad hoc analysis, identify trends, and support data‑driven decision‑making across Operations and Supply Chain.
- Provide training, documentation, and ongoing support to business users to ensure effective utilization of applications and adherence to best practices.
- Participate in Lean Six Sigma initiatives, offering insights and recommendations to enhance operational efficiency.
- Support regional and national projects involving operational technology, including requirements gathering, process mapping, testing, and implementation.
- Work with process owners to define, document, and implement business process changes aligned with best practices and system capabilities.
- Identify and evaluate new technologies and process improvements to help drive productivity, efficiency, and operational excellence.
This Job Might Be For You If
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, business systems, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in Information Technology
- Strong understanding of WMS is required.
- Experience with TMS and operational systems in logistics or distribution environments; knowledge of SAP (ERP) integration concepts is an asset.
- Experience in business analysis, including process mapping and requirements gathering.
- Solid understanding of systems integration, data flows, and relational databases.
- Experience performing data integrity audits and troubleshooting system issues.
- Proficiency with reporting and analytics tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Excel).
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into user‑friendly language.
- Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while supporting both operational needs and project deliverables.
- Occasional project-based travel.

Anticipated pay range: 67.400$ - 89.900$ Bonus: Yes This role is eligible for a performance-based annual bonus.
