We have various positions at each of our locations that require the same dynamic that only a General Manager type of person can perform to lead the day-to-day operations, drive performance, and uphold the standard of excellence we are known for.
Your Impact
As General Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind the dealership’s overall success. You’ll lead with strategy, vision, and integrity — empowering department heads, supporting your teams, and ensuring every customer experience is second to none.
What You’ll Do:
- Provide strong leadership across all departments — Sales, Service, Parts, and Finance.
- Build, mentor, and support a high-performance management team.
- Set clear goals, monitor performance, and implement strategies to exceed targets.
- Champion an exceptional guest experience at every touchpoint.
- Drive dealership profitability while maintaining operational efficiency.
- Oversee inventory planning, expense control, and P&L management.
- Ensure compliance with OEM requirements, provincial regulations, and internal policies.
- Maintain a positive, accountable, and inclusive workplace culture.
- Represent Our brand in the community and with manufacturer partners.
- Adapt to changing market conditions and lead innovation within the store.
What You Bring:
- Proven track record in automotive dealership management (7+ years preferred).
- Strong understanding of all dealership operations — Sales, Service, Parts, and F&I.
- Inspirational leadership skills with the ability to coach, motivate, and hold others accountable.
- Solid business acumen, with a focus on profitability and customer retention.
- High ethical standards and a hands-on leadership style.
- Valid OMVIC license and a clean driver’s abstract.

Additional Details:
Location: Full-time, in-person role at one of our South Western Ontario dealerships
