You will also contribute to the continuous improvement of asset management processes, leveraging best practices (ITIL, ISO 19770) to maximize the value of our technology investments and support Cirque’s digital transformation.

Your responsibilities

  • Manage the complete lifecycle of IT assets (planning, acquisition, deployment, inventory, maintenance, renewal, retirement).
  • Maintain an accurate and up-to-date register of hardware and software assets.
  • Ensure software compliance (licenses, audits, renewals) in line with standards and contractual agreements.
  • Produce and maintain dashboards and reports on asset utilization, condition, value, and total cost of ownership (TCO).
  • Collaborate with Procurement and Finance teams to optimize costs and anticipate future needs.
  • Contribute to the development of IT asset renewal and optimization strategies.
  • Serve as the point of contact for vendors on matters related to assets, warranties, and service contracts.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of asset management processes.
  • Identify opportunities for automation and optimization.
  • Develop and document standardized procedures.
  • Participate in the implementation of IT asset management tools (SAM/ITAM).
  • Support the IT management team in asset planning and control activities.

YOUR UNIQUE EXPERTISE

  • Excellent command of Excel and solid knowledge of the Office 365 suite.
  • Experience in IT asset management or technology inventory management.
  • Strong understanding of CAPEX and OPEX concepts.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, autonomous, and rigorous.
  • Bilingual (French and English, spoken and written).
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Power BI or asset management tools (ServiceNow, Lansweeper, Flexera, etc.) is an asset.
  • Familiarity with ITIL or ISO 19770 best practices is a distinctive advantage.
