As a Business Development Executive at U1 Logistics, you will build your own book of business while delivering exceptional service to clients across Canada, the U.S., and globally. You will identify and secure new business, onboard clients seamlessly, and develop long-term relationships that drive mutual success Key Responsibilities Identify and win new clients: Prospect, qualify, and close new business opportunities worldwide. Onboard new accounts: Ensure a smooth transition for new clients, from their first shipment to ongoing account management. Develop and manage relationships: Grow existing accounts while maintaining exceptional service standards. Deliver customized solutions: Create cost-effective shipping strategies tailored to each client’s needs. About U1 Logistics U1 Logistics is a leading freight forwarder headquartered in Mississauga. Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
What You Bring Knowledge of logistics and sales/marketing techniques. Proven success in selling and onboarding new clients. Strong prospecting, cold calling, and negotiation skills. Ability to identify, qualify, and secure new business opportunities. Ability to build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word). Self-motivated, results-driven, and eager to exceed sales targets. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
