Salary: $17.75/hour (minimum) to $32.31/hour (maximum)

You Have

• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Strong communication skills (written and oral)
• Keen attention to detail and excellent teamwork abilities
• Familiarity with SharePoint, OneDrive, and Power Platform (asset)
• Understanding of data governance for structured/unstructured data
• Ability to understand some French (asset)
• Studies specializing in information management, library and information science, or computer science

• Assist with implementing our Data, Analytics & AI Strategy
• Help develop and review governance documents, training materials, and policies
• Support the launch and improvement of AI, Data, and IM literacy programs
• Contribute to data and AI initiatives aligned with the IM/IT roadmap
• Perform other related duties to support information management services and projects
