As our Finance Manager, you will play a key leadership role in maximizing profitability, ensuring compliance, and delivering an exceptional customer experience that reflects the Harley-Davidson lifestyle.
Primary Responsibilities
- Secure competitive financing and insurance options for customers
- Present F&I products (extended service contracts, GAP, protection products, etc.) with confidence and integrity
- Maximize F&I penetration and profitability while maintaining CSI standards
- Ensure compliance with all provincial and federal regulations
- Maintain strong relationships with lenders and financial institutions
- Collaborate closely with Sales Management to structure and finalize deals
- Manage deal funding, contracts-in-transit, and lender follow-ups
Qualifications
- Finance Manager experience in automotive, powersports, or RV dealership
- Strong knowledge of lender programs and credit structuring
- Proven track record of F&I profitability and product penetration
- Exceptional closing and objection-handling skills
- High attention to detail and compliance knowledge
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to interact and provide effective service to all customers, both internal and retail.
