Required Skills & Keywords
Jenkins & Groovy Mastery: Expert in Jenkins pipeline orchestration using Groovy (Shared Libraries) to build scalable, reusable automation. Modern SCM & CI/CD: Proficiency with GitHub (Actions, Workflows, and Advanced Security) and Git-based branching strategies. Automation & Tooling: Advanced Bash scripting and Python development; experience using Flask to build internal tools/APIs is a major plus. Build Systems: Deep knowledge of Maven and Gradle for Java microservices and npm/yarn for Angular applications. App-Dev Lifecycle: Strong understanding of the end-to-end "Code-to-Cloud" flow, including containerization, automated testing integration, and deployment logic. Environment & Observability: Experience with Jenkins on EKS (or general cloud deployment) and familiarity with Splunk and Datadog for monitoring and logging.
Key Responsibility
Own the "Developer Experience" by automating the path to production. You will bridge the gap between application code and cloud infrastructure, ensuring 45 squads have a consistent, scalable, and reliable delivery framework.
