About the role
licensed insurance Sales & Distribution Manager with a well known Canadian travel (mobility) insurance MGU / TPA. Reporting to the CEO / CRO.
The company has operated in Canada for over 35 years, senior staff are industry experts. We have introduced state of the art technology, digital enviroments for advisors and consumers, unique policy designs and support from some of the most experienced underwriters.
This role is the bridge between product, sales, and distribution. It enables revenue growth by keeping insurance products market-ready, successfully onboarding and supporting agents and distribution partners, and equipping internal teams with the tools, knowledge, and processes needed to deliver an exceptional sales experience.
The role combines product expertise, relationship management, sales enablement, and operational excellence.
