Transportation Operations Manager :

We are currently hiring a Transportation Operations Manager for our Timmins location.
What You'll Do:
- Oversee daily transportation operations, including safety, dispatch, maintenance, routing, and facility management.
- Manage staff recruitment, onboarding, training, performance development, and employee relations.
- Ensure compliance with federal, provincial, contractual, and company policies and procedures.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with school officials, parents, and the community.
- Lead customer contract management and retention efforts.
- Monitor and manage location budget, financial reporting, and operational efficiency.
- Support charter and commercial growth opportunities.
- Champion employee engagement and company initiatives at the location.
What You Bring:
- Operations experience, including 1 year in a management role.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and operational technologies.
- Solid financial and analytical skills.
- Commitment to safety and team development.
