WHAT WILL YOU DO?
Brand Leadership & Execution
- Define and evolve the organization’s brand strategy in alignment with business priorities.
- Provide creative and messaging direction to the design team; ensure all assets align with brand standards.
- Act as both strategist and practitioner — originate ideas, research the market, understand our audience, craft messaging, review creative, and guide storytelling.
- Manage agency partners across creative, media, and PR to deliver high-quality campaigns.
- Lead media planning, spend, and reporting to maximize ROI.
- Drive high-visibility brand initiatives, including thought leadership campaigns.
- Develop and manage an integrated marketing and events calendar.
- Establish brand standards, messaging frameworks, and governance for consistent application.
Events Oversight
- Manage and mentor the Senior Manager, Events, and Sales Coordinator.
- Ensure event strategies align with brand positioning, sales team needs, and business objectives.
- Support integration of events with broader brand and marketing campaigns.
- Evaluate and manage all event logistics from end to end.
Collaboration & Influence
- Collaborate with ALAM business marketing team to align brand and events to business initiatives, such as Annual Report, advisor communications, quarterly updates, social media presence, and ad hoc sales materials.
- Partner closely with the SVP Marketing as a trusted advisor and execution partner on brand and communications.
- Build strong relationships with executives, internal stakeholders, agencies, and media partners.
WHAT WILL YOU NEED?

8 – 12+ years of progressive experience in marketing with a strong focus on brand strategy, positioning, and storytelling.

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field; MBA is a plus.

Proven record of executing brand initiatives, campaigns, and media strategies that deliver measurable business results.

Demonstrated expertise in managing agencies, media budgets, and high-impact marketing programs.

Experience leading high-profile initiatives, such as brand milestones, product launches, and major campaigns.

Data-driven and results-oriented, with the ability to measure and optimize impact on brand awareness, engagement, and pipeline.

Experience managing direct reports and collaborating across departments.

Strong background in vendor negotiations, agency management, and budget oversight.
