As a Service Advisor, you will help customers schedule appointments, review service needs, provide updates, and support a smooth experience from check-in to pick-up.

Responsibilities

Greet service customers and manage check-ins

Schedule appointments and document customer concerns Explain recommended maintenance and repairs clearly Provide customer updates throughout the service process Coordinate with technicians and the service team Review completed work and invoices with customers Maintain a professional and customer-first approach

Requirements

Strong communication and customer service skills

Organized, professional, and reliable approach Ability to work in a fast-paced dealership environment Automotive service experience is an asset, but not required Valid driver’s licence
