Key Responsibilities
Accounting & Close Support
Support monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes
Prepare journal entries, accruals, and account reconciliations Perform variance analysis and investigate fluctuations Support audits and internal control requirements
Financial Reporting & Analysis
Produce month-end financial reporting and management analysis
Support budgeting, forecasting, and scenario modeling activities in partnership with FP&A Analyze working capital, liquidity, and cash flow trends
Treasury & Cash Flow
Prepare short- and medium-term cash flow forecasts
Support treasury-related activities, Hedging and Hedge Accounting
Project-Based & Systems Support
Support project-based accounting and analysis, including WIP, capital assets, and cost tracking Work within Oracle ERP to support reporting and consolidation processes Support internal control activities and documentation in accordance with corporate policies and audit requirements Assist with process improvements, reporting standardization, and automation initiatives
Qualifications
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline. 3–5 years of progressive accounting and/or financial analysis experience in a medium or large organization. Experience supporting month-end close, financial reporting, account reconciliations, and financial analysis. Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial statements.
Advanced Excel skills, including
Pivot Tables XLOOKUP / INDEX-MATCH SUMIFS IF / IFS Nested formulas Data validation Error checking and troubleshooting Working with large datasets Ability to troubleshoot, validate, and improve existing financial models and reporting workbooks Experience working with an ERP system (Oracle preferred). Experience working in a cloud-based finance environment, including enterprise collaboration and document management platforms (e.g., Microsoft 365, SharePoint) and multiple integrated finance applications. Demonstrated ability to quickly learn and independently navigate new business systems, digital workflows, and enterprise applications with minimal supervision.
Preferred / Assets
Actively pursuing the CPA designation (successful completion of CPA PEP Core 1 and/or Core 2 strongly preferred). Experience in public accounting (audit or assurance) and/or experience supporting external audits, internal controls, or SOX compliance within a multinational organization is considered a strong asset. Experience working within a multinational organization with standardized financial reporting and internal control processes.
Experience with
Oracle ERP SAP Hyperion / EPM Treasury or cash flow forecasting Internal control or compliance systems Power BI (an asset) Experience supporting process improvements, automation, or reporting standardization initiatives.

Qualifications
