Customer Service Representative (Part-Time)

What You’ll Do
- Welcome and assist customers in person, by phone, and online
- Book, change, and cancel ticket reservations with accuracy and care
- Handle payments and keep records tidy and organized
- Help travelers with check-in, luggage, and boarding
- Keep the ticket office running smoothly (and looking good)
- Share your knowledge and problem-solving skills to make each trip easier
What We’re Looking For
- A natural people-person with a helpful, positive attitude
- Comfortable with computers (bonus if you’re good with Microsoft Office)
- Quick thinker who stays calm when problem-solving
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and ready to pitch in as part of a team
- Flexible with scheduling (weekend availability is a must)
- Bonus points: First Aid training, previous customer service experience
