Are you ready to accelerate your career and shape the future of the growing Petro-Canada brand? We’re looking for enthusiastic and driven New Graduates to join our dynamic team starting Spring 2026. At Suncor, you will gain holistic Sales and Marketing experience, where you'll be exposed to various aspects of the business - data-driven insights, creative campaigns, operational exposure, project management - helping you become a well-rounded professional.

This rotational program offers hands-on experience across various areas of Sales and Marketing, including our loyalty program, retail and wholesale operations, and consumer insights and analytics team, setting you up for success and career growth. The successful candidate will be placed in two 1-year rotations before moving to a permanent placement.

Minimum Requirements:

  • A recent graduate or graduating spring 2026 with a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or Data Analytics.
  • A natural problem solver with strong analytical abilities and a passion for data-driven decision making.
  • Highly motivated with a desire to learn and grow in all aspects of the organization.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to contribute fresh ideas and insights that impact key initiatives.
  • Strong communicator, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate across teams and influence stakeholders.
  • Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and is excited to take on diverse business challenges.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Work with various teams from different departments and external partners to understand how the work impacts the business and aligns with the company goals to drive impactful work.
  • Support strategy development: Assist in the creation and execution of strategies that span multiple touchpoints and contribute to overall business objectives.
  • Assist in project planning and scheduling: help create timelines, set milestones, and define key deliverables.
  • Take ownership of continuous improvement initiatives: Identify opportunities for process improvements in your team or department, propose solutions, and take the lead in implementing changes.
  • Assist with change management communication and training plans: Help develop change plans and distribute communication materials to support a new process or systems.
  • Track business performance data: Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to the department or project.
  • Learn from the best: Receive mentorship and guidance from senior Sales and Marketing professionals while gaining exposure to various facets of marketing and business strategy.

Location and other Key Details:

  • You will work out of our Calgary head office, located in the Suncor Energy Centre at 150 – 6th Ave S.W.
  • Hours of work are a regular 40-hour work week, Monday to Friday at the head office, with the potential for extended work hours based on business needs.
  • You will be provided 2 x 1-year rotations within Sales and Marketing before moving to a permanent role.
