About the role

Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. or equivalent experience. Tasks: Plan and control budget and expenditures. Plan and organize daily operations. Schedule and confirm appointments. Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages. Answer electronic enquiries. Compile data, statistics and other information. Oversee the preparation of reports. Respond to employee questions and complaints. Order office supplies and maintain inventory. Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems. Type and proofread correspondence, forms and other documents. Provide customer service. Maintain and manage digital database. Perform basic bookkeeping tasks. Supervision: 1 to 2 people. Computer and technology knowledge: Sage Accounting Software. MS Excel. MS Outlook. MS Word. SharePoint. MS Office. Adobe Acrobat Reader.
