Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Operations Duty Manager located in Richmond, BC. The Ops Duty Manager will oversee daily operations to ensure safety, efficiency, and on-time performance of flights. Responsibilities include coordinating with ground staff and crew, resolving operational challenges, providing leadership to team members, and ensuring regulatory compliance. The role also involves liaising with customers to maintain high service standards and addressing any issues that arise.

• Previous experience in the aviation industry or related fields is an asset.
• Post-secondary education in aviation, management, or a related discipline is preferred.
