The Role
We’re hiring a Media Buyer to own and scale our paid acquisition engine, with a primary focus on Meta (Facebook & Instagram). This is a performance-driven role. Your mission is simple: drive qualified demo bookings at scale, profitably.
You’ll own paid strategy end-to-end, from campaign architecture and creative direction to landing page optimization, reporting, and conversion rate improvement. You’ll work closely with marketing, design, and product to continuously improve performance across the entire funnel.
What You'll Own
Paid Acquisition Strategy & Execution
- Own end-to-end paid advertising strategy across channels (primarily Meta; Google and LinkedIn as supporting channels)
- Build and launch full-funnel campaigns from cold traffic to demo booking and retargeting
- Develop campaign structure, audience segmentation, offer strategy, and budget allocation
- Manage and scale budgets with a clear focus on efficiency, qualified lead volume, and ROI
- Continuously test messaging, offers, creative formats, and targeting to improve performance
Creative & Funnel Optimization
- Develop high-performing ad creatives (static, motion, short-form video) aligned to campaign objectives
- Collaborate on landing pages and messaging to maximize conversion rates
- Own retargeting and nurture sequences, including email flows and audience segmentation
- Improve conversion rates across paid channels to consistently increase qualified demo bookings
Analytics & Reporting
- Track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics (CPL, conversion rate, demo bookings, ROAS)
- Identify growth opportunities through data analysis and structured experimentation
- Build clear performance dashboards and provide actionable insights to leadership
Bonus/Complementary Skills: Website Conversion Optimization
- Assist in improving website conversions with a focus on demo generation
- Refine landing pages, forms, and chat flows
- Collaborate with design and product to implement conversion best practises site-wide
Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in paid performance marketing, growth marketing, or demand generation
- Proven track record of managing and scaling paid acquisition campaigns that drive qualified leads or demo bookings
- Strong understanding of full-funnel marketing - from first click through conversion and nurture sequences
- Hands-on experience with paid platforms (Meta required; Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads are an asset)
- Demonstrated experience improving landing page and website conversion rates through A/B testing and experimentation
- Strong analytical skills with experience using Meta, HubSpot, Claude, Google Tag Manager, Hotjar, or similar platforms
- Highly data-driven with a bias toward testing, iteration, and measurable results
- Strong creative instincts combined with performance discipline
