CL Schneider Mentoring exists for experienced professionals who recognise that sustainable success begins with self-leadership, personal growth and conscious life design. In collaboration with our international leadership team, we provide access to world-class personal development, leadership and success education within an independent and flexible mentoring environment. Many people join us while continuing their current career, allowing them to build an additional income stream alongside the life they are already creating.
What the Role Involves
Your role centres around meaningful conversations with hospitality professionals, retreat owners, boutique accommodation operators and individuals exploring a more independent future. You help people gain clarity about where they are today, where they would like life to take them and whether our mentoring environment could support that journey.
How You Contribute
- Build authentic relationships with hospitality professionals and entrepreneurs.
- Facilitate short discovery conversations focused on personal growth, leadership and future possibilities.
- Recognise alignment between individuals and our mentoring environment.
- Support people as they explore creating greater flexibility and independence.
- Work independently while being supported by an international leadership community.
- Continue developing your own leadership through ongoing mentoring and education.
Qualifications & Experience
- Experience within hospitality, tourism, retreats, boutique accommodation or guest services.
- Leadership or business ownership experience is highly valued.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated and professional.
- Genuine passion for personal growth and helping others.
- Comfortable working independently.
- English speaking.
