About the role
Tasks
- Distribution of goods: Prepare and ship stock to production team leaders, ensuring the accuracy of orders and adherence to the production schedule.
- Receiving goods: Receive and inspect incoming products, verify their compliance with purchase orders, report discrepancies, and update the internal management system.
- Stock management: Maintain order, cleanliness, and safety in the storage area. Ensure efficient and structured storage.
- Inventory counts: Participate in periodic inventories and ensure stock accuracy in the system, making necessary adjustments.
- Compliance follow-up: Apply internal policies and procedures related to inventory management. Report non-compliances and participate in their resolution.
- Inter-team collaboration: Communicate effectively with production, planning, and purchasing teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Keep inventory records and systems (ERP) up to date.
- Maintain a clean, safe, healthy, and pleasant work environment.
- Participate in optimizing operations and the continuous improvement of internal procedures and processes.
- Perform any other related tasks.

Job requirements
- At least two (2) years of experience in distribution and warehouse management.
- At least one (1) year of experience as a storekeeper in a warehouse.
- Strong computer skills, including knowledge of ERP software and Office Suite.
- Strong emphasis on workplace health and safety.
- Proficiency in French, both spoken and written.
- Ability to lift up to 20 kg.
- To facilitate commuting and minimize time loss, it is preferred to reside on the South Shore of Montreal and have access to a vehicle.
